Zeito Plastic Components Sdn Bhd aims to be your solutions provider for development of polymer based components and components for medical and non medical markets. We are able to design and fabricate moulds for a wide range of applications and performance referencing tested and validated procedures that produce consistent outcomes.

Our strength lies in our customer base, many of whom have worked with us for at least 10 years, and some go back as far as 30 years. Fulfilling our promises has been our priority and by working closely with our customers we have innovated successful solutions which have enabled us to achieve mutually beneficial cost competitive and quality precision components. With our deep engineering expertise and experience, our customers can rely on us to resolve ever more complex design solutions.

History

Formation of Zeito Plastic Components Sdn Bhd - Primary business - contract moulding for the Electrical and Electronic Industry. Started with 5 injection moulding machines in Block 1 and secondary processes - printing, spray painting, assembly and hot stamping.

Commencement of Medical component moulding.

Expansion into second Block (Block 2) with the addition of 15 machines.

Expansion into third Block (Block 5) with the addition of 15 machines.

Expansion into fourth Block (Block 3A) - Mould service and mould making.

High speed multicavity moulding with hot runner technology acquired. Lens moulding technology upgraded.

Vertical machines acquired for medical devices. Automation focus - invested in 6 Axis Kuka Robot. Embracing sustainability initiatives - constructed rooftop solar PV cells to minimize carbon footprint.

Complex medical device assembly capability with automation.
